Sneha Villalva (Snay-hah Vee-ZHAL-vuh) is a respected speechwriter, storyteller, and keynote speaker.

A former journalist for The Press-Enterprise in Southern California, she has also served as an executive speechwriter for college and university leaders at Pomona College and UCLA.

She is a member of the Speakers Institute Protégé cohort and a Maxwell-certified speaker, honing her craft among global thought leaders and top-tier communicators.
With a gift for blending strategic insight, empathy, and narrative finesse, her speeches, op-eds, poetry, and features have appeared in outlets such as National Public Radio, HuffPost, Associated Press, Sojourners, The London Reader, and India Currents.
From a young age, Sneha Villalva carefully observed the leadership of her parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents, witnessing firsthand how graceful poise and gentle power cultivate a richer, more refined life.
What she saw was that poise isn’t perfection, and power isn’t control. True poise is grace, and real power is gentleness—not force.

Sneha Villalva learned that to live, love, and lead with balance and strength, one must align their commitments and conduct with a greater purpose. This requires intention—and the courage to cut away anything that obscures that vision. When we mindfully subtract, we create space to embrace our values, move with clarity, and build a lasting legacy.

Sneha Villalva’s signature keynote, “Graceful Poise, Gentle Power,” empowers high-achieving women to navigate career shifts, leadership challenges, and personal reinvention with clarity, confidence, and strength.

Spurred by a heritage of leadership, service, and faith, Sneha Villalva strives to live with strength, grace, and conviction—and is compelled to equip others to do the same.
